Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. A payment confirmation and invoice copy is emailed to you right after that.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of order processing. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail to monitor your order’s journey.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, unforeseen delays, or customs processing. Typical delivery timelines from the order shipped date are 7-10 business days for Standard Shipping (including Free Shipping in Standard mode for qualifying orders), and 4-6 business days for Express Shipping (including Free Shipping in Express mode for qualifying orders).
